Terms of Service
Wall Art Frame (the Service), accessible at https://wall-art-frame.com, is published by Projustis SAS (see the Legal Notice). Using the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which can be consulted, downloaded and printed at any time from this page.
The Service
The Service lets you discover, customise (crop, mat, museum label) and download high-resolution artworks intended for display on a TV that supports an art / gallery mode (Samsung The Frame, LG Gallery Mode, or any equivalent television). Wall Art Frame is an independent service, not affiliated with any TV manufacturer; you are responsible for checking that your TV can display downloaded images.
Browsing the gallery is free and requires no account.
Your account
Downloading artworks requires a free account: a valid e-mail address (to be verified) and a password. One account per person. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for any activity on your account. Notify us without delay at contact@wall-art-frame.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
Free features
A free account includes browsing, collections, a limited daily quota of Full HD (1920×1080) downloads with the default framing (the current quota is shown on the Site), and a cropping tool for your own photos that runs entirely in your browser. Free and credit-funded accounts may see advertising; the Premium Pass is ad-free.
Credits
Credits are purchased in packs. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, at the time of order; we may change prices at any time, but your order is always billed at the price displayed when you placed it.
Spending 1 credit on an artwork unlocks it permanently on your account: download at the highest resolution available for that artwork (up to UHD 3840×2160), museum label, custom crop, and unlimited re-downloads.
The golden rule: an artwork unlocked once stays unlocked for life on your account, even with an empty credit balance and even after a Pass expires.
Credits have no expiry date. Should the Service ever be discontinued, account holders will be notified at least six months in advance.
Premium Pass
The Premium Pass is a subscription (6 months or 12 months) that provides, for its whole duration: unlimited UHD downloads, museum labels, custom crops, advanced Studio options and an ad-free experience. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the period already paid. When a Pass ends, artworks you unlocked individually with credits remain unlocked; access granted solely by the Pass ends with it.
Gift codes
Credit packs can be bought as gifts. A gift code is redeemable once, on a single account, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded once redeemed.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout. We never store or process card data; Stripe's records constitute proof of the financial transactions. You are bound by your order once you confirm payment on the Stripe checkout page.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Credits, Passes and unlocks are digital content supplied immediately after payment. In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by confirming your order you request immediate performance and expressly waive your right of withdrawal; purchases are therefore not refundable once delivered.
If an artwork is removed from the gallery after you unlocked it (for instance at a rights holder's request), the credit spent on it is automatically returned to your balance and you are notified by e-mail.
Licence on downloaded artworks
The underlying artworks are in the public domain or distributed under permissive licences. The files prepared and delivered by the Service are intended for personal, private, domestic display (your own screens). Reselling, sublicensing, mass redistribution or commercial exploitation of the files as delivered is not permitted. Descriptive metadata and museum labels are generated with the help of AI and are provided for information only, without any warranty of accuracy or completeness.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- run automated mass downloads (scraping);
- circumvent quotas, payment controls or technical protection measures;
- share, lend or resell your account;
- submit unlawful, abusive or deceptive content through the Service's forms;
- disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service.
Availability and liability
The Service aims to be available 24/7, except for maintenance and force majeure as defined by article 1218 of the French Civil Code. We cannot be held liable for failures of the internet or of your equipment, nor for the compatibility of your TV with downloaded files. Features may evolve over time. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
Intellectual property of the Site
Beyond the artworks themselves, all elements of the Service — texts, interface, logos, software, databases and curation — remain the exclusive property of the publisher. No intellectual property right is transferred to you. Any unauthorised reproduction or extraction may constitute infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile: after a 7-day grace period the deletion becomes irreversible, and any remaining credits and unlocked artworks are permanently lost.
Personal data
See our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms, with notice given by any useful means at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
Mediation and disputes
In case of a dispute, consumers may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator pursuant to articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (list of approved mediators) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence. These Terms are drafted in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English version prevails in case of discrepancy.
